SHOW SYNOPSIS
Nick Dear’s adaptation of Frankenstein delves into the dark complexities of creation, ambition, and humanity. Told through the eyes of the Creature, the story explores what it means to be human in a world that often fears the unfamiliar. Through its gripping narrative, the play examines themes of isolation, the consequences of unchecked ambition, and the longing for connection, offering a haunting reflection on our own capacity for empathy and cruelty.
What sets this adaptation apart is its raw emotional depth, visceral storytelling, and bold staging. Audiences are drawn into the Creature’s journey in an intense, thought-provoking way that challenges traditional notions of hero and monster.
